The requirement for this project was not just larger tolerances, but a combination of dimensional accuracy and planarity. Through virtual simulation, TESIN was able to identify critical process parameters that were crucial to achieving planarity, making the part less sensitive to them.

The project required a high level of mold design effort, inspection, and fine-tuning of steel geometry. TESIN’s team was able to leverage their expertise, and advanced simulation capabilities to design and produce a high-quality insert mold that met the customer’s specific requirements.

In healthcare, the frequent failure to place IVs or draw blood causes complications for vulnerable patients. A solution is needed to improve accuracy, reduce discomfort, and enhance care, particularly for infants, the elderly, and trauma patients.
